Outcome

Listed on Gate.io, acquired by a Singapore firm.

Hardest problems

Model choice. The first agent was hard-wired to one OpenAI model. We rebuilt it so each user could pick their own LLM provider.
Autonomy. Agents first acted only when prompted. We added schedulers and webhooks so they could trigger on their own.
